Carolyn has a CLU designation (Certified Life Underwriter)from the American College with emphasis on estate planning and personal planning for the business owner.
Carolyn has written and published many articles, she has qualified and attended the esteemed Million Dollar Round Table, was a prior board member of the local NAIFA (National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors), has served on the Agent's Advisory Council for Blue Cross of California in the 1990's, and she has taught classes in her industry to other planners and agents in the areas of estate planning and planning for business owners. She still continues to teach whenever she can.

Carolyn is the sole principal of Inland Financial & Insurance Services, as well as Inland Business Insurance Services, starting Inland Business Insurance Services in 1981. She started Inland Financial & Insurance Services in 1986.
